"Nakiri" means vegetable knife in Japanese, and the Made In Nakiri in Truffle Black is ideal for slicing and dicing all types of vegetables. Use the straight blade to make push cuts quickly and easily. The blade of a Nakiri is thinner than the blade of a cleaver. The blade edge is also sharpened at a more acute angle than Western-style blades.
The Made In Cutlery Collection features blades forged from X50CrMoV15 stainless steel and sharpened to a 12.5° edge angle, offering excellent edge retention with 58 Rockwell hardness. Full tang construction offers strength, balance, and durability, and the slip-resistant polymer handles are hand-finished.
Hand wash and dry immediately. Made in France.
