The Scanpan Classic Crepe Pan has lower sides than a standard fry pan. Crepes easily release from the surface and flip quickly for fast, even cooking.

This eco-friendly cookware features 100% recycled aluminum and a nonstick coating. The base is made from squeeze cast aluminum for strength, durability, and even heat distribution. The STRATANIUM nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils. The handle is securely attached with a patented locking system.

The Scanpan Classic Collection is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 500F. Made in Denmark.
