The Scanpan HAPTIQ Sauté Pan has high straight sides and large surface area, ideal for browning or searing, as well as basting and deglazing. Use the lid to retain moisture or keep foods hot.

This eco-friendly cookware features five-layer aluminum-clad construction with a mirror-polished stainless steel exterior. Aluminum heats up quickly, and stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. The commercial grade STRATANIUM+ nonstick coating is safe for use with metal utensils.

The Scanpan HAPTIQ Collection is induction compatible and oven safe to 500F. Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended. Made in Denmark.
