The Ankarsrum Cookie Extruder is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use this attachment with the Ankarsrum Meat Grinder to extrude cookie dough in four different shapes. Slide the cookie press so the desired shape is centered.
The grinder and roller attach to the drive socket in the mixer base, and the cookie extruder attaches to the grinder. Turn the mixer on its side and place dough in the plastic hopper while the mixer runs on low speed. Use the plastic plunger to push food as necessary.
